Vegetarian Recipe exquisite, the other day my daughter delighted us with this and I really was surprised how good the palate and the eye that resulted. I encourage you to that one a try.
Ingredients: 4 people:
¤ 3 medium zucchini
¤ 2 garlic
¤ 2 teaspoons vegetable broth
¤ 50 cl of cream for cooking
¤ 80 g of cheese you like gorgonzola or (fusible)
¤ 1 small bunch of basil
¤ 500 g of pasta (1 package ties, or any other)
¤ 1500 cl water
¤ 50 cl of olive oil
¤ Salt to taste
¤ Pepper to taste (optional)
How to make zucchini sauce recipe:
Cook the pasta with water and salt in the usual way. Meanwhile, clean and peel the zucchini and garlic. Cut cuadritos.Poner oil in a skillet and saute the garlic and courgettes.
Add the broth. simmer 10 minutes. Passing through the blender and put back in the pan. Add the cheese cut into cubes, salt, pepper and a little basil (the basil it will rest over the sauce) and just before serving, put the cream. Strain the pasta and serve with salsa and remaining basil.
Note : The vegetarian and do not have to be boring and monotonous as the boiled vegetables. In fact you can make and customize almost every recipe with a little imagination.
