-2 pork tenderloins
-6 fat garlic
-1 loaf of bread
-A handful of almonds
-1 glass of water in sweet wine
-Salt and pepper
Three garlic FRY in a pan with oil. They are removed and put in a mortar.
Fry bread, is removed and placed in the mortar.
Does the same thing with almonds.
Crush everything and add a little wine.
Fry the meat, cut into pieces and salpimientada with the rest of the garlic. When it is, adds all of the mortar, the rest of wine and a bit of fence. It is left to make the sauce and serve.
