For 2 people:
¤ 2 back of hake (by frozen)
¤ 1 bunch of carrots (market)
¤ 1 orange
¤ a little Espelette pepper
¤ a little spice tandoori
¤ olive oil

Back tandoori preparations of hake, mashed carrots with orange:
1. Peel and cut into slices carrots. The water just to cover and cook gently, covered, for 30 minutes (until cooked and tender). Then let the water evaporate finish cooking. Then add the juice of the orange juice and cook again until the carrots have “drinking” the juice. Mixer. Book warm.
2. While carrots are cooking, heat the 2 colin back in the microwave according to package directions. Then sprinkle each colin back a little Espelette pepper and spice tandoori. Put in a pan to heat a thin stream of olive oil. When it is hot, put the hake, spicy face against the stove, just a few moments to color everything. Then use a bit of carrot puree with back of hake, mashed sprinkle a slight pinch of Espelette pepper and few drops of orange.
