Introduction:
Translated from the Forum Wunderkessel, Germany recipe.
Leave 2 sticks whole oven racks.
You can vary the ingredients: chorizo, salami, ham….

Ingredients:
-200 g Emmental cheese
-200 g ham York
-300 (g) flour
-1 cdita. Yeast Royal
-2 eggs
-120 (g) margarine or butter
-2 tablespoons milk
-1 cdita. Salt

Instructions:
1.Rallar cheese by clicking a few times the turbo. Remove and set aside.

2.Picar V 3 ham half, rising later to V5 until make it very chopped. Remove and set aside.

3.Poner the rest of the ingredients (flour, only 250 g, the rest set aside if we are mass admits more), mix 10 sec in V6, and 20 sec in V spike.

4. Now add the cheese and chopped ham, and implement other 15-20 sec V spike. It has to be a soft, smooth dough. If it hits much to hands, slowly add the rest of the flour.

5.Sacar of the vessel, extend with the roller on a floured surface or the Silpat, leaving approx. half cm thick. Cut strips of approx. 2 cm x 6 cm, then wrap in spiral shape.

6.Poner in the oven preheated to 200 degrees (I have with air), central tray, and leave more or less 15 min, until being golden to the taste of each one.
