2 tablespoons lemon juice</p>

<p><strong>Preparation:</strong></p>
<p>Chop finely the onion, tomato, chili, coriander. Crush the garlic. In a saucepan with a little oil, fry the onions and garlic for 7 minutes, then add the peppers and continue to cook for 2-3 minutes.<br />
Take then brown ground beef. Add tomatoes, coriander, chili, turmeric and garam masala. Add salt and let simmer for 15-20 minutes. The end of cooking add the lemon juice.<br />

8 tsp chocolate spread<br />

30g butter<br />
1 lemon<br />

<p><strong>Preparation</strong>:</p>
<p>Drain and cut 4 slices of pineapple into small cubes. Brush the filo pastry with melted butter, fold in half, then fold them again so have Lons rectangles. Place one end to 1 teaspoon of chocolate spread , one teaspoon of coconut and pineapple cubes. Fold the samosas.</p>
<p>Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper and cook for 6-8 minutes in a preheated 180 °.</p>
<p>Mix the rest of roudelles 15 cl pineapple with their syrup and lemon juice. Add the chopped mint leaves. Serve this sauce with hot samosas.</p>
