<p><strong>¤</strong> White pepper</p>

<p><strong>How to make the recipe</strong>:</p>
<p>Remove the pulp of the avocado and put it in the bowl of a mixer. Sprinkle a little lemon juice so they do not blacken.</p>
<p>Cut the garlic cloves into strips and fry with shrimp and a little olive oil a few minutes. Pour into the glass of the blender (reserving some shrimp for garnish) and blend. Add the cream until it is needed the consistency of a mousse, season and continue grinding.</p>
