Well, here we propose a salad as easy and refreshing that it may serve a first course or a frugal dinner.</p>
<p><strong>Ingredients for four people:</strong></p>
<p><strong>¤</strong> 1 package of canons<br />
<strong>¤</strong> 1 package of watercress (optional)<br />
<strong>¤</strong> 1 can of pineapple in natural juice or pineapple<br />
<strong>¤</strong> 1 tub of cream cheese<br />
<strong>¤</strong> 25 g of sesame seeds<br />
<strong>¤</strong> 25 g of toasted hazelnuts<br />
<strong>¤</strong> Olive oil and salt to taste<span id="more-567"></span></p>

<p><strong>How to make the recipe vegetarian lettuce and cheese balls:</strong></p>
<p>Toast the sesame seeds in a pan without any fat. Place on a plate. Book.Chop or grind the nuts and put in a bowl. Place the lettuce on plates chosen to serve, also put pineapple slices (three on each plate).</p>
<p><strong>Make cheese balls:</strong></p>
<p>Fill a bucket of fresh cheese, mold them with your hands, spend the sesame and others for the hazelnuts, place on top of the pineapple slices.Dress the salad with olive oil, salt and if you like vinegar or balsamic vinegar.You can accompany this dish with home made bread.<br />
<strong>Note: </strong>The cheese may be your choice: goat cheese, brie, etc.. and fruit can be changed to handle , orange, pear, peach, etc..</p>
