<p><strong>Ingredients for four people:</strong></p>
<p><strong>¤</strong> 8 large potatoes<br />
<strong>¤</strong> 4 carrots<br />
<strong>¤</strong> 400 g of green beans (can be frozen)<br />
<strong>¤</strong> 200 g green peas (can be frozen)<br />
<strong>¤</strong> 4 boiled eggs<br />
<strong>¤</strong> 2 cans tuna in olive oil,<br />
<strong>¤</strong> anchovy stuffed olives<br />
<strong>¤</strong> black olives<br />
<strong>¤</strong> 2 tomatoes<br />
<strong>¤</strong> 5 pickles (optional )<br />
<strong>¤</strong> Capers (optional)<br />
<strong>¤</strong> 2 L of water<br />
<strong>¤</strong> 1 tablespoon salt<br />
<strong>¤</strong> 1 egg<br />
<strong>¤</strong> 300 ml olive oil<span id="more-749"></span></p>

<p><strong>How to make the recipe:</strong></p>
<p>Put water and salt in a large pot on the fire. Peel and clean potatoes. Cut them small squares. Book. Peel and clean carrots. Cut them small squares. Book. Arrange the green beans and cut them small. Same with peas. Book</p>
<p>When the water in the pot boils, add potatoes and carrots. Boil about 15 minutes. Add green beans and peas. Boil about 10 minutes. Take everything and put it in a large colander. Cool and put in a large platter.</p>
<p>Meanwhile, peel the boiled eggs. Cut two squares and toss in the pan. Open the cans of tuna, drain the oil and reserve. Put the tuna in the pan with remaining ingredients. Slice the cucumbers very small and add along with everything else.</p>
<p><strong>Make a homemade mayonnaise:</strong> Place a raw egg in the bowl of a mixer. Enter the arm a blender and cover the bottom of the blades, oil and nothing unturned to arm a few seconds to start, go slowly pouring oil while whisking and emulsifying goes mayonnaise. When it is thick, add a little salt and the juice of half a lemon. Continue beating and adding more oil slowly, until you have enough mayonnaise.</p>
<p>Put half of the mayonnaise with other ingredients in the pan and move around until blended. Pour the remainder of mayonnaise on top and spread. Garnish with boiled eggs cut the other into thin slices, olives, tomatoes, capers and so on. And put in the refrigerator until ready to eat.</p>
<p><strong>Note: </strong>You can use olive oil Tuna mayonnaise. </p>

-2 cloves of garlic<br />
-1 sprig of parsley<br />
-1/2 glass of white wine<br />

<p><strong>Instructions:</strong><br />
Peel the garlic cloves and chop them; clean the squid and cut into rings, chop parsley<br />
Heat the oil in a pan, add the garlic and after a few seconds, add the squid.<br />
Let it brown slightly, salt, add the white wine and continue cooking, with the covered pot and simmered for 20 minutes.<br />
Wash the green beans, Dawn them, cut them in half and cook them in boiling salted water for 15 minutes. Drain and distribute them in dishes.<br />
Sprinkle the squid with the chopped parsley and pour over all the green beans.<br />
Complete with a pinch of pepper and serve hot.</p>

<p>Prepare and wash the onions and garlic and chop into small pieces. To prepare, wash and cut in half the green beans, boil 10 minutes. Put them in a colander, pass them under running cold water and drain.<span id="more-492"></span><br />
Saute garlic and onions tender in a pan with some olive oil, add ginger, turmeric, coconut milk, salt and pepper. Let simmer for five minutes.<br />
Incorporate beans, a few laps and garnish with the cilantro.</p>
<p><strong>Note:</strong> You can add a few mushrooms or peas &#8230; the taste of each one-a.</p>
