<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong><br />
<strong>Ingredients for 6 people:</strong> 250 g of mascarpone cheese.<br />
-40 CL liquid cream.<br />
-10 CL of milk.<br />
-60 g of sugar.<br />
-4 egg yolks.<br />
-25 CL of strong coffee.<br />
-125 g of chocolate.<br />
-3 g gelatine in sheets.<span id="more-1522"></span></p>
<p><strong>Instructions:</strong><br />
The day before, prepare the coffee jelly: mix the hot coffee with 20 g of sugar and the gelatin sheets, previously soaked in cold water and drained. Remove and set aside in the refrigerator. </p>
<p>To prepare the mascarpone cream, beat 1 egg with 10 g of sugar yolk until laundered, little by little incorporate the milk boiling without stirring, and out of the fire, pour suametne on the cheese; mix until obtaining a homogeneous consistency. Leave to cool. Incorporate 15 cl of previously whipped. </p>
<p>125 G of chocolate bath melt. Beat 3 egg yolks 10 minutes. Boil 4 tablespoons of water with 30 g of sugar and verer this syrup on the yolks; beat until cool. Gently mix this milkshake with melted chocolate and leugo with the rest of the whipped cream. Set aside in the refrigerator. </p>
<p>Distribute the mousse of chocolate in 6 small glasses, pouring the mascarpone cream on top and set aside in the refrigerator. At the time that is going to serve, beat strongly the coffee jelly and cover the six small glasses of preparation with her.</p>
