The recipe is not mine, it is copied from a bar in Logroño, are easy to make,
and very rich.
-4 little mushrooms and a shrimp skewer-peeled.
-natural lemon juice
-46 cloves of garlic
-Wooden sticks, for strung mushrooms
-a slice of bread by brochette
The shrooms little ones, and of a similar size all, clean put them salt, a drop of oil and grilled slowly.When they are already cuddly going by clicking on the skewer on the slice of bread. The prawn at the last moment the iron too but over high heat to seal on the outside.
The sauce I made with olive oil, garlic chopped very very, juice natural lemon, parsley and a splash of breadcrumbs to give a little bit of body, not very strong fire that if not burned.
Irrigate the skewers with sauce at the last moment just before serving.
