Ingredients ( 6 persons ):
- 2 boxes of salmon each about 200 g
- prawns 1 box of
- four slices of bread crumbs
- 25 cl whipping cream
- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon brandy
- about 10 beautiful fresh shrimp shelled
Soak the bread in the cream.
Preheat oven to 150 degrees.
Discard skin and bones from salmon. Miss Crumble contents of the first box into a bowl, adding the egg yolks, bread crumbs, cream, salt, pepper and cognac.
Beat the egg whites and add them gently to the preparation.
Dress up a cake tin with baking paper.
Spread a layer of preparation at the bottom, then a layer of canned shrimp (check out all they are completely shelled), then add a layer of salmon into large pieces (the second box) and finally cover with a final layer of preparation. Post online fresh shrimp on top pressing them lightly.
Turn the cake tin in a baking dish containing about 2 cm of hot water, ie water-bath. Place in oven for 1 hour 15 minutes. Watch cooking.
Remove the pan from the oven, let cool, then turn out a little.
