6 chestnuts peeled and cooked
¤ 150 g of flour
¤ 90 g of butter
¤ 1 yolk egg
¤ A bag or two of sugar, vanilla
¤ a few teaspoons of milk concentrated sweet (not too much!)
¤ 1 pinch of salt
¤ a little sugar red

Preparation Shortbread with chestnuts:
1. Mix the condensed milk, vanilla sugar, butter, egg yolk, flour, chestnuts detailed pieces. Form a dough .
2. Roll the dough on a work plan and cut them with a cookie cutter.
3. Place the cookies on a future baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Sprinkle with sugar, brown and bake for 12 minutes watching good cookies.
