Ingredients: for 2 persons
¤ 300 g of cuttlefish or squid
¤ 200 g of tomato crushed by boat
¤ 50 g green pepper
¤ 100 g of onions
¤ 100 g of mushrooms
¤ 2 cloves of garlic
¤ 25 cl of olive oil
How to make four delicious recipe sepia:
Clean and chop the cuttlefish or squid. Book. Clean and chop the pepper, onion, garlic and mushrooms.
In a pot of low wall or pan, put oil, heat. Add the cuttlefish, stir for 10 minutes. Add the pepper, garlic and onion, saute until onion is golden. Add the mushrooms, saute a little. Add tomatoes and salt. Boil about 5 minutes.
