-1 Potatoes pure package
-1 large whiting
-200 Gr. dash
-100 Gr. shrimp
-30 Gr. of butter
-1/4 cream l liquid
-1 Tin tuna in oil
-1 beat anchovies in oil
Prepare a broth with the snake, the dash, the prawns, 3/4 l of water, the bark of the lemon, a teaspoon of salt.
Prepare a pure with 1/2 l of stock resultant of cook fish and 25 Gr. of butter.
Add the pure dash without shells, peeled and chopped shrimp and anchovies chopped mix everything very well.
Blend well the peccadillo, the tuna and cream sazonandolo.
With the pure line a mould previously buttered (I put a rectangular mold) and fill it with the preparation of the snake.
Cook it in oven 15 minutes medium bathing Maria.
Let cool to unmold it and serve with sauce.
