A very refreshing salad with a lot of omega 3 …
Ingredients for four people:
¤ 3 large avocados
¤ 250 g smoked salmon marinated
¤ 100 g mozzarella cheese or preferably, shredded
¤ 1 small bunch of chives
¤ 1 cup (of coffee) of cocktail sauce
¤ ! lemon (the juice)
How to make the recipe salmon and avocado salad:
Peel avocados and cut into quarters lengthwise, put them on the serving platter and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Spread over the salmon chunks of avocado. Spread the grated cheese over salmon and garnish with chives.
Serve with cocktail sauce in a gravy boat apart so that each diner is served at home.
Note: You can change the salmon tuna, anchovies or completely vegetarian cheese.
