These salmon rolls are delicious both hot and cold and they are very healthy.
Ingredients for four people:
¤ 500 g of fresh salmon fillets
¤ 3 leek leaves
¤ Black pepper to taste
¤ Salt to taste
¤ Virgin olive oil
¤ Juice of 1 lemon
¤ Fresh dill leaves
¤ 50 g of salmon roe
Way of making salmon rolls recipe:
Cut salmon fillets into strips cross. Clean and blanch the leaves of leeks in boiling water for a few minutes. Rinse with cold water, split into strips thinner leaves and drain.
Preheat oven to 170 oC. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Roll up one by one the salmon strips and tie with a piece of leek. Place the rolls in a baking pan, greased.
Sprinkle the rolls with lemon juice and olive oil and bake about 20 minutes. Wash dill, dried and cut into small pieces. Top each roll with a little caviar and garnish with dill.
Note: some may be accompanied by boiled potatoes, a salad or a sauce to taste.
