INGREDIENTS: (4 people)
-250 gr of cabbage
-150 g of carrot
-150 g of Apple
-100 gr. of pickles
-50 Gr. of olive green
SAUCE:
-150 gr of creme fraiche (fresh cream) (Variant: a yogurt or cream with a splash of lemon)
-10 g of sherry vinegar
-70 g of mayonnaise
-10 gr of sugar
-5 gr of mustard
-5 g of salt
-10 g olive oil
ELABORATION:
Cut the cabbage into pieces, schedule 3 seconds, vel.5 book in a salad bowl
Place the carrot pieces, 3 seconds, vel.5. Reserve in the salad bowl.
Place the Apple into chunks without pips, 4 seconds, vel. 4 Reserve in the salad bowl.
Place the pickles and olives, 5 seconds speed 4. Reserve in the salad bowl and mix everything with the spatula.
Put the sauce ingredients in the glass and schedule 20segundos, speed 5. Pour over the salad bowl and stir everything very well. Rest in the refrigerator at least 3 hours before serving.
