For 8 people:
¤ 48 tea biscuits
¤ 500 g of mascarpone
¤ strong coffee
¤ 2 tablespoons Marsala or Amaretto
¤ 6 eggs
¤ 200 g of sugar
¤ zest of 1 / 2 lemon , chopped
¤ Cocoa powder bitter
¤ 1 pinch of salt

Cooking time: 0 minutes
Rest: 240 minutes
Total time: 285 minutes
Preparation Lemon Tiramisu:
1 Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar. Stir in the mascarpone and mix well to obtain a smooth mixture. Stir in grated lemon parsley and mix.
2 Install the egg whites with a pinch of salt and gently fold in preparing egg yolks, lifting the preparation with a spatula.
3 Make a strong coffee and add Marsala. Dip one side of biscuits in coffee mixed with alcohol and then Dipos in a dish. Line the bottom of the dish bscuits soaked (but not too soft).
4 Then spread a layer of mascarpone preparation. Then again, dispose of soaked biscuits and so on in steps until all the ingredients. Book in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, so that the whole “take”.
5 Before tasting, a little saupodrer bitter cocoa by sieving with a sieve over the tiramisu.
