Spinach with raisins and pine nuts

Ingredients for four people:

¤ 2 bunches of spinach
¤ 200 g seedless raisins
¤ 100 g pine nuts
¤ 1 clove garlic, crushed
¤ 2 tablespoons olive oil
¤ Salt and pepper to taste

How to make the recipe:

Wash and drain spinach. Bring to a boil with little water and only a few minutes. Remove and drain in a colander. Book

In a skillet with a little olive oil, saute the garlic, pine nuts and raisins. When the raisins are already swollen and toasted pine nuts, spinach and saute add a few minutes, season to taste.

Note: You can also make this recipe with chard instead of spinach, it tastes more or less the same.
