Ingredients:
Mashed potatoes made with: 2 large potatoes
butter to taste
Salt, nutmeg and pepper.
-1 Romanescu
-1 red pepper confit and diced.
-5 eggs
-100 gr of grated or chopped (I used 50 gr of Idiazabal and 50 g of Gouda)
Garnish: 1 red pepper comfit into strips (takes 1 but I’ve fallen short, with a couple of peppers best) mayonnaise

Preparation:
Boil the potatoes and make mashed potatoes. Reserve.
We separate the romances in “chunks” and boil in salted water. When done, drain and refreshed. Crush the cabbage with a fork. Reserve.
Mix the puree with vegetables (romances and pepper), cheese and beaten eggs. Correct salt.
Prepared a pudding mold (large) dish and pour the mixture.
Bake in medium oven in a water bath until done (check by pricking in the center)
Once cold desmoldamos and add the garnish (candied sweet pepper strips.) The “flowers” are cut with a sweet pepper flower-shaped cookie cutters and the “button” is mayonnaise.
We put the mayonnaise in a bowl and the table!
