TO THE BOTTOM OF THE MOLD
A tin of pineapple
100 GR of sugar and a few drops of lemon juice
Make a caramel with the sugar and the lemon drop
Place the slices of pineapple at the bottom
FOR THE CAKE
Ingredients for the cake:
-4 whole eggs.
-120 Gr. sugar.
-120 Gr. flour.
-100 Gr. of butter
Make a caramel and pour it into the mold, bathed the mold with the same. Put the slices of pineapple on the candy at the bottom.
Preparation of the cake:
- Put the Butterfly in the blades and pour the eggs with the sugar into the glass. Schedule 6 minutes, 40 degrees, speed 3.
When the time runs out, remove the temperature and beat another 6 minutes on speed 3.
-Add butter and beat another minute.
-Add flour and Schedule 4 seconds in speed 3.
- Pour the mixture into the mold of the pineapple, and put it in the oven, which we previously, preheated to 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
- Once done, unmold on a wire rack, sprinkle with icing sugar.
