-250 Gr. of sugar
-250 Gr. flour (Rooster)
-250 Gr. of sunflower oil
-yeast (almost) 2 (envelopes)
-Despite the sugar.
Put the Butterfly in the glass. Pour the egg whites and schedule 6 minutes, speed 23. When missing 1 minute add the sugar (but leave a little then pour over).
Add the egg yolks and leave some 15 SG. to speed 23.
Add the lemon zest and mix some 5 seconds at speed 2.
Add the flour mixed with yeast and leave some 10 segunos at speed 3. Stop the machine and leave much to speed 2.
Finally add the oil and mix during 10 sg. to speed 3. Stop the machine and let 10 sec. speed 2..
Fill the molds with a spoon to serve (plastic).
Sprinkle each with remaining sugar and put in the oven to maximum temperature 1520 minutes (the last 5 minutes only by above). The cooking time depends on each oven.
