Panellets of lemon

Ingredients:
-1 kg. sugar.
-1 kg. ground almonds.
-. 250 ml. of water.
-2 large eggs.
-Zest of two lemons.
-80 Gr. sugar.
-Icing sugar to sprinkle.

Instructions:
With sugar and water, make a syrup of hard ball and pour over almonds. Mix quickly. Add the eggs, while moving on quickly. Dump the dough on a work surface, preferably of marble, and let cool. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Add zest to the dough and work, kneading until you get a smooth marzipan. The obtained mass, go to small balls which are sprinkled with 80 grams of sugar and are placing on a lightly greased baking tray. Bake 10 minutes, remove and sprinkle with icing sugar.
