Ingredients:
-250 Gr. flour.
-250 Gr. sugar glass.
-125 Gr. of butter.
-5 eggs.
-1 tablespoon of soluble coffee.
-1 envelope of yeast.
-2 tablespoons colored sugar.
-A few grains of coffee.
-1 mint leaf.
Sauce:
-4 oranges.
-200 Gr. sugar.
-1 tablespoon of corn flour.
Instructions:
The soft butter with the icing sugar, beating the time which are added five eggs, one to one. Add soluble coffee and flour, previously mixed with yeast. Pour the mixture into a buttered and floured mold. Put in the oven at 180 degrees for half an hour. Take out, let cool and unfold. The orange juice is mixed with sugar and maize flour and is heated up to boiling. Finally, decorate the cake with the sauce, a few grains of roasted coffee, mint leaves and sugar of colors.
