¤ 15 cl of vinegar raspberry
¤ 15 cl of wine vinegar
¤ 15 cl Grenadine
¤ 150 g sugar powder
¤ 100 g butter

Preparing foie gras on toast, onion confit pink Roscoff:
1. Peel the onions, slice thinly . Make them sweat in a pan with butter until all the water is made (15 to 20 minutes). Then add both vinegars and cook until absorbed. Then add the powdered sugar and grenadine, stir and let stew until the desired texture. Check the seasoning and reserve for 12 hours.
