Mushrooms can be prepared in many ways, but at home as we like are simply sautéed with garlic and parsley, which accompanied with a little Iberian meat, a delicacy made.

This recipe goes in the right combination of food and is very easy and quick to make.

Ingredients for four people:

¤ 500 g of picornells
¤ 4 cloves of garlic
¤ few outbreaks of parsley
¤ Salt to taste
¤ Pepper to taste (optional)
¤ 4 fillets of Iberian pig
¤ 50 ml extra virgin olive oil

How to prepare garlic mushrooms with Iberian:

Clean with a cloth or paper towel the picornells. If not too large, leaving them whole, just remove the tip of the tail. Peel and chop the garlic. Clean and chop the parsley.

Heat oil in a skillet, add steaks and sear Iberian pork, remove and reserve heat, ie not let it cool. Cast in the same oil crushed garlic, a few laps and take the picornells, saute a few minutes and pour the parsley, and take a few laps.

Serve with meat and a good salad.
