Introduction:
We always do when we stay at home too ripe plantains.

Ingredients:
-6 ripe bananas (of approximately 150 Gr. each).
-1 lemon.
-2 DL. liquid cream.
-1 glass of rum.
-250 g of icing sugar.
-2 egg whites.
-1 pinch of salt.

Instructions:
Peel bananas, remove the strings and chop them. Sprinkle them with the squeeze lemon juice. Grind them in the glass of the blender with rum and 175 Gr. sugar glass. Have this cream in a bowl and beat it with rods in hand until it is frothy. In another bowl, beat with rods the cream until it is light and foamy. Mount egg whites to snow, adding little by little the rest of the sugar. In a large bowl, mix the cream of bananas, whipped cream and then mounted whites, adding them carefully so that they remain. Filling a mold with this preparation, put it in the refrigerator and let cool about three or four hours. Unmold and serve with waffles or puff pastry.
