¤ 300 g of flour
¤ 300 g of bread flour
¤ Semi-skimmed milk 300 ml of warm
¤ 30 cl of extra virgin olive oil
¤ 1 egg
¤ 1 teaspoon salt
¤ 1 pinch of brown sugar
¤ 1 envelope dry baker’s yeast
How to make sandwich bread recipe milk and comprehensive:
Put in a bowl, beat egg and add milk, oil, salt, sugar, flour and kneading yeast and go until a manageable dough.
Turn oven to 200 º C
Form a roll dough and place in pan 30 x 10 cm. greased with olive oil. Spread dough evenly around the mold. Leave covered in a place away from drafts for 30 minutes or until doubled in size.
Place in the oven for 40 minutes or until it is golden brown.
Remove from oven and mold, wrap a clean cloth and this in a plastic bag for 1 hour (this is so that the surface is not as crisp bread).
Remove bread from pan and keep it in a cloth bag for bread.
