How to make the recipe:
Clean and chop all meats. Put the water in the pot and bring to a boil. Lay the pieces of meat and salt. Let simmer until the meat is almost done.
Meanwhile, make sauce with onions, tomatoes and mushrooms or mushrooms and toss into the pot. Also take peas, rice, spices and pureed chicken liver. Let boil about 15 minutes. Test to see if this point. It should be semicaldoso.
