I encourage you to make your own ice cream, are easy to make, have no preservatives and taste great.
The other day I had guests and I made this lemon, I liked nothing left!
Ingredients: for 1 liter of ice cream (4 -6 people):
- 6 egg yolks
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 2 / 3 cup caster sugar
- 2 teaspoons grated lemon
- cream 100 g unmounted
How to make the recipe:
Beat the egg yolks in a bowl and put heat resistant water bath, whisking until light and fluffy mass.
Add the sugar, zest and lemon juice and continue beating until it thickens and turns a pale. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Incorporate the cream to the cream, mix well and pour into a metal tray for the freezer with a capacity of 7 cups and freeze 3 to 4 hours or until solid.
If you have an electric ice cream, cream cool in the refrigerator for two hours and then pour the cream into the bowl of ice cream and let it run until creamy ice cream. Put ice cream in a taper and this in the freezer.
Note: You can garnish with thin strips of lemon and strawberries or other fruit to taste. You can change the lemon orange
