This recipe goes into what we call “right combination of foods” . You know, do not mix proteins with rapidly absorbed carbohydrates, egg meat or fish with potatoes, rice, pasta, etc.. digested for so much better and there is no bad food combining.
Ingredients for four people:
¤ 8 lamb chops tender
¤ 4 slices of pumpkin with a thickness of an inch in diameter X 10 (more or less)
¤ 16 slices of eggplant
¤ Salt and pepper to taste
¤ Extra virgin olive oil
¤ Some outbreaks of mint for garnish
How to make lamb chops recipe with garnish
Clean the eggplants, cut them round and put out salt so that the bitter water for half an hour. Through water, drain and dry.
Salt and pepper chops.
Put some olive oil in a skillet or griddle, heat and put the slices on top of pumpkin and if they fit the chops, brown on both sides.
While in another pan with little oil, fry the eggplant slices (if you can pass the slices in flour before frying, take a moment and leave on kitchen paper to absorb the fat.
Assemble the dish: Place a slice of pumpkin on top, 4 slices of eggplant and lamb chops on top. Sleeper berth mint leaves.
