Introduction:

Ingredients:
For the outer layer: 1/2 kilo beef minced, 1/2 kilo of minced lamb, 1 onion grated, 150 grams of wheat fine, burgoo 1 teaspoon of cumin, salt and pepper.

For the filling: 1/ 4 kilo of minced, beef 1/ 4 kilo of minced lamb, 1/ 2 grated, onion 1 tablespoon of parsley, seasonings to taste, salt, 50 grams of pine nuts, lightly toasted 50 grams of raisins.

Instructions:
Take a portion of the first mix paste, oval shape, hollow it out with your finger and fill it with a portion of the second mix. Close the ends well so do not leave the filling, regularize the oval again. FRY in plenty of hot oil until they are well gilded. You can ignore the bread crumbs, place them on a plate and Bake until golden brown. Well crunchy should result in both cases.
