This rye bread is more like brown bread I have made Mallorca.

Ingredients for bread:

¤ 250 g of rye flour
¤ 250 g of bread flour
¤ 300 cl of warm water
¤ 1 envelope dry yeast bread or 25 g fresh
¤ Half a teaspoon of salt
¤ 1 thimbleful of extra virgin olive oil

How to prepare the recipe for rye bread

Mix all ingredients, mix well and cover with a cloth, leaving the dough until you “go”.

Turn oven to 170 º C

Put a little flour over the work table, knead the dough slightly to remove air and shape the bread. Put on a tray previously floured bread to make some cuts, cover with a cloth and let rise.

Place the tray in the oven for 30-40 minutes (watch so it does not burn). Remove bread from oven and let cool on a wire rack.
