This apple pie if it’s easy to do!! and it is no added sugar, which is great for diabetics, for those who want to lose weight or prevent weight gain and for those who want to stay healthy as white sugar is not good for her.

Ingredients for a roll of 30 cm. (8 people):

¤ 1 roll of puff pastry without freezing
¤ 6 ripe apples
¤ 1 carton of cream unmounted
¤ Cinnamon to taste
¤ 100 g raisins (optional)
¤ 50 g of walnuts (optional)
¤ 1 sheet of baking paper

How to make apple pie:

Turn oven to 170 oC. Peel and thinly cut apples. Put them in a bowl. Add the cream and cinnamon, stir.

Roll out puff pastry roll and rectangular shape. Place the paper into the baking pan and the pastry on top of it.

Place apples on one side of pastry. Sprinkle the raisins and walnuts on top and close the roll, joining the two sides of the pastry. Bake for about 45 minutes.
