Heat has arrived and with it the desire to eat things fresh. Today I propose to make yogurt at home , it is very easy to do and is healthier because it carries no preservatives. What if you need to have in mind is that do not hold as long as the purchased and should be eaten in days.
7 Ingredients for yoghurt:
¤ 1 liter of whole milk
¤ 1 natural yogurt
¤ 2 tablespoons of powdered milk
How to make homemade yogurt:
Spread the yogurt in the 7 cups. Spread the powdered milk. Fill the cups of milk, stir well with a spoon all the cups.
Put the cups on top of the yogurt, cover with a lid, plug in and leave 12 hours.
Remove the cups cover them and bring them to the refrigerator.
Note : If you want sweet yogurt brown sugar can be put together with the other ingredients and stir well.
You can also make flavored chips or fruit, coconut , jam , etc..
You can make yogurt without powdered milk, but milk powder out thicker.
