Greixonera is a clay pot and squat that can be put directly into the fire.
Ingredients for four people:
¤ 8 large potatoes
¤ 200 g of green beans (can be frozen)
¤ 100 peas (can be frozen)
¤ 1 medium onion
¤ 3 medium tomatoes
¤ 1 bay leaf
¤ 4 almoreduix outbreaks (marjoram)
¤ 1.2 l chicken broth or water
¤ Salt and pepper to taste
For meatballs :
¤ 500 g minced chicken or pork
¤ 1 medium onion, finely chopped
¤ 3 cloves garlic, minced
¤ 1 egg, beaten
¤ Salt and pepper to taste
¤ 4 almoraduix outbreaks (marjoram), finely chopped
How to make the recipe:
Collect all of the meatballs in a bowl and mix well. Form balls the size of a walnut and roll in flour and fry, taking care to turn them over to brown on all sides. Remove from pan and set aside.
Peel, clean and cut the potatoes into squares, book. Make a sauce with onions and tomatoes in the greixonera or pot. Add broth or water. Boil about 5 minutes. With a strainer to collect the sauce the broth and throw. Add the potatoes. Boil for 15 minutes. Add the green beans, peas, bay leaf, the moraduix, salt and pepper. Boil for 10 minutes. Add the meatballs and simmer 5 minutes.
Note: For those who like the sweet-salty, you can add some raisins or prunes.
