INGREDIENTS (for 15 shots)
-Ground white pepper
-A few mint leaves
HOW TO PREPARE
1-.Blanch the tomatoes in hot water a few seconds, had them under running cold water and peel them, remove them the seeds, and sliced. Also remove the skin of the melon and peaches, remove the seeds and de-bone respectively and sliced them.
- 2.We put all the pieces in the Blender jar, add the half orange juice, season with salt and white pepper to taste ground, and blend until obtaining a homogeneous cream.
3-. Keep the gazpacho in the refrigerator and refrigerate 2-3 hours at least, since it should be well cool.
4-.We serve the gazpacho in shots and decorate with cinnamon twigs and leaves of Mint.
