Ingredients (serves 4):
-400 ml of gazpacho commercial brand that we like at home
For the skewers
-4 Greek yogurt cheese balls (if want to do home recipe here ), if you do not want to disturb you, mozzarella balls, but actually does nothing work and it is delicious, I this time did so with dried tomatoes and chillies.
-8 strawberries the size of more or less cheese balls
-Dried fried onions to coat the cheese balls
1) Wash the strawberries, let drain well, cut the leaves and the white part, place in a blender, add the gazpacho and blend everything together until well mixed. If we do not like the remains of the strawberries we strained before serving in cups.
(2) Get the oil conservation cheese balls, if you use mozzarella also drain their liquid, drain in a colander until they are completely dry.
(3) Each cheese ball through the fried onion. Click on each skewer, a strawberry, a Fried cheese ball and close with another strawberry.
(5) Serve the gazpacho of Strawberry in cups and above the special cheese brochette.
And this is my contribution to the competition although it is not anything special at home liked, in addition, it is an option to consume these strawberries that remain and do not know what to use.
