This year had no ring-shaped cakes of Easter and the truth is that I wanted to make them, but it was always the same recipe and walking through internet, the blog that I visit, I have seen these doughnuts that seemed different, I do not ask because but I have loved, I found them in the precious and magnificent blog “Kanela & lemon”, and the truth is that she is absolutely right, they are delicious and super juicy. This recipe certainly not lose it, because it deserves to be one of those recipes that endures, and easy, I’ve done half of the recipe, the next time will make it complete. Ingredients:
-4 eggs
-1 kg. approx. flour.
-250 gr. melted butter
-100 ml. milk
-100 gr. oil sunflower
-200 ml. Anisette
-zest of one lemon
-1 packet baking powder
-a pinch of yeast
For the bathroom:
-1/2 glass of water
-200 ml. Anisette
-5 tablespoons sugar
Preparation:
1. In a bowl, we prepare the flour with the yeast and mix. Reserve.
2. In a large bowl mix all the ingredients and we are adding the flour while kneading to make a dough that does not stick to your hands.
3 Let rest an hour and a half.
4 Elapsed time stretch the dough and form doughnuts of the desired size.
5. The FRY in plenty of hot oil and once cold bathe them and rebozamos in sugar.
