Ingredients for 4 servings:
¤ 200 Gram Lettuce
¤ 1 Piece Egg
¤ 40 Milliliter watered wine vinegar
¤ 400 Gram Chicken fillets, skinned

¤ 60 Milliliter Olive oil
¤ 1 Tablespoon Parsley, chopped
¤ 1 Pinch Pepper
¤ 1 Pinch Salt
¤ 250 Gram Sour cream
¤ 2 Waistband Chives
¤ 190 Milliliter White wine
1.Egg yolk in separate and clear. Meal with wine, then mix with egg yolks and salt. Whisk egg whites until creamy and fold in gently. Allow to rest dough for about 30 minutes.
2.For the marinade vinegar with salt, pepper and parsley, pour in oil, stirring continuously.
3.Chicken fillets into about 1 cm thick slices, then cut into strips.
4.Approx. Heat the oil up three fingers. Move through the batter and meat in fat until golden brown, drain on kitchen paper.
5.The cleaned, washed and well drained salad and drizzle with the marinade and mix gently.
6.Chive cream sauce with salt and pepper sour cream, and beat with a hand blender. Finely chop the chives and mix well.
