Ingredients ( 4 people ):
450 g fillet of beef (thinly sliced)
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 lime (juice)
5 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 large onions (sliced)
Preparation:
Prepare a marinade with ginger, lemon juice, soy sauce and sesame oil.
Marinate the beef for half an hour.
Heat oil in a pan then add the beef without marinade. Enter high heat 3 to 5 minutes. Before cutting the heat, add the onions and the marinade.
Serve hot with rice.
Fried beef ginger, lime and cilantro
Ingredients ( 2 people ):
150 g roast beef
150 g of Chinese noodles to wok (there are pre-cooked)
1 large carrot
1 large knob of ginger
1 small handful of fresh coriander leaves
1 lime
2 tablespoons oil
6 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
if adding sugar to the preparation
Preparation:
In an oiled wok or skillet fry beef sliced into thin strips very quickly (just color the faces). Immediately remove beef. Saute grated carrot “big”, add the soy sauce, grated ginger and a little of water. Do not add salt because the soy sauce is enough. After 5 minutes add the cooked noodles, stir well. Return beef stir, serve immediately. In your bowl add the coriander and lemon juice. Enjoy!
