Ingredients for 6 servings:

¤ 450 g minced beef
¤ 100 g of ham
¤ 1 cup diced chicken
¤ 1 cup sherry
¤ 2 eggs
¤ 2 tablespoons fine bread crumbs
¤ butter and bread crumbs, sufficient for pan
¤ salt and pepper to taste.

How to make the recipe:

In a bowl mix the finely chopped ham, chicken and beef. Beat eggs and add, along with the sherry and breadcrumbs. Move all well and add the pepper and salt to taste.

Grease the pan or small molds with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Put the mixture inside, taking care that no air between the meats.

Put in the oven in a water bath. It is advisable to cover the pan with foil. The cooking time is two hours.

When ready, remove from oven and let cool. Then, put weight on top to press it and leave it at about two hours.
