Introduction:
Broccoli can be replaced by mushrooms, hearts of the artichoke, leeks or another vegetable of pronounced flavor.
Unlike other pasties, the dough is thick, spongy and tender, so the filling must be well tasty.
Ingredients:

-Flour 400 (g)
-Baking powder 1 teaspoon
-Salt 1 teaspoon
-Butter 60 (g)
-Water 1/2 Cup
-Egg 1
Filling:
-Oil 5 tablespoons
-Onion, chopped 1
-Cooked and chopped broccoli 250 (g)
-Chopped garlic 2 teeth
-Crushed tomatoes 1 Cup
-Goat’s cheese shredded 100 (g)
-Cheese grated Parmesan type 3 tablespoons
-Salt, pepper and freshly grated nutmeg
Instructions:
Sift the flour with the yeast and salt, make a hole in the Centre and add the soft butter, water and egg. Work quickly to make a bun and let rest 20 minutes. Stretch 3 mm thick and cut discs with a glass of water.
Filling: saute the onion in the oil, add the broccoli, garlic and tomatoes. Cook ten minutes until it dries almost altogether. Remove and let cool, add the cheese and seasoning.
Moisten the edge of each disc, put a spoonful of filling in the Center, bending in two and tighten the Union with a fork. Bake 15 to 20 minutes and serve hot.
