Ingredients for 4 people:
¤ 4 medium-sized bass
¤ 4 large potatoes
¤ 1 bunch Swiss chard or spinach large
¤ 1 small onion
¤ 3 cloves of garlic
¤ 1 small bunch of parsley
¤ 1 lemon
¤ Salt and pepper to taste
¤ 50 cl of olive oil
How to make baked sea bass recipe:
Turn oven to 170 º C
Ask the fishmonger to clean the fish or do it one-on-a. Clean under tap water, dry and season. Book. Peel the potatoes, cleaned with water and slice an inch or so. Add salt and pepper to taste, stir well. Book.
Scrub the beets under running water, let dry, cut into strips and put in a large bowl. Peel the onions, trimmed and cut into thin strips, put on top of the chard. Peel the garlic and grind, crank up the greens. Parsley Clean, dry and chop, put on top of the chard. Add salt and pepper to the vegetables and squeeze with your hands a little.
Drizzle with olive oil a baking tray, place the potato slices all over the tray. Place sea bass on top of potatoes with lemon slices, sprinkle with a dash of lemon and olive oil and put in the oven half hour.
Remove pan from oven and place vegetables over the potatoes, return the tray into the oven for about 15 minutes.
Tip: Serve with homemade Mayones without egg.
Note: You can change the preference for fish. It also goes well with fish slices instead of whole.
