This time I prepared the recipe for “financiers” of the book – Pan-Xavier Barriga . It is a very interesting book for those who like making bread, rolls, etc.. at home. He is, he says on the back of the same book: ” A master baker respects tradition while innovating and offers us return to the craftsmanship of bread at home, explained and illustrated recipes step by step, they are the available to all. ”
Have not you make bread at home? What are you waiting? It’s easy, and as healthy as you try you will not want to stop ….
