Eggplant with sesame pepper

Ingredients:

¤ 750 g of medium eggplants
¤ 1 red pepper
¤ 3 Scallions
¤ 3 cloves of garlic
¤ 2 green chillies (optional)
¤ 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
¤ 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
¤ A little ground cinnamon
¤ A little grated lemon ginger
¤ 50 cl of olive oil
¤ Salt to taste

How to prepare the recipe for eggplant with pepper and sesame:

Clean the eggplants, cut them into cubes and add salt. Book a half hour. Clean and cut the pepper into elongated pieces, chopped onions, garlic and ginger into small pieces. Remove the seeds from the chile if we choose him, and cut into strips finite.
