If you have cholesterol problems put only the white of the egg and replace the ham by york ham.
-200 g round rice
-1 litre of water
-1 red pepper medium of Tin
-1 hard boiled egg
-1/2 onion or minced shallot
-50 GR of ham without fat in Loaches
-Olive oil and salt.
We put a couple of tablespoons of oil in the pan.
