Good morning maripilis with this day as warmly beautiful and damn clouds-free, what goes better (aside from a dip) is an ice cream. And if is home already, what more can we ask?
Last summer I was been working at a bar where we used to sell ice creams (among other things legal) and my average was eating me 2-3 per day. By then, my adolescent Constitution had not decided yet mature and did not know the cellulite, so could allow me all types of sweets and filth. Today is the day in which I start to age and to discover the damn skin of Orange. WHY MEEEEEEEEEEEEE (read with desperate tone)
Well, false depressions exaggerated aside, I think that I would have gone better if all the ice cream I had swallowed were made in house, a.k.a, jomeid (read with tone “control mogollon English”). Although more work (much more), the taste is incomparable to any of Miko, Nestlé, CB, etc…. (already not to mention that joke YOLADO that has decided to create Danone, an appalling insult to heladero worldwide). So from this small corner I invite you to home gelatto you yourselves and enjoy one of the more delicious delights:
INGREDIENTS
-400 grams of strawberries
-4 Greek Strawberry yogurt
-Sugar to taste (I put 8 tablespoons heaping because I am very sweet, normal would be 6)
HOW TO PREPARE
1-. We well clean the strawberries and remove them the leaves. Blend them in the Blender along with the rest of ingredients. We put in the refrigerator for 40 minutes and let the mixture is manteque. We put in the freezer an hour and again to repeat the operation. We get back to the freezer, and in a couple of hours it will be ready for what we devoremos entire. We can get you a little over Strawberry Jam and a few mint leaves. Or not, is another option.
