These cauliflower pancakes are delicious freshly made and very easy to make.

Ingredients for four people
¤ 400 g of boiled cauliflower
¤ 200 g of flour
¤ 1 teaspoon curry powder
¤ 1 teaspoon baking powder
¤ Salt to taste
¤ 50 cl of water
¤ 50 cl of olive oil for frying
How to make the recipe:
Put in a bowl the flour, curry, salt and yeast. Add water, mix well. (Must be a smooth paste). Add the cauliflower and mix.
Put oil in a frying pan. When hot, be putting tablespoons of prepared pan. When they are golden brown, flip and continue frying until both sides are golden brown and crisp. Place on a tray with kitchen paper to absorb excess fat. Repeat until you finish the preparation.
Note: Served with a mixed salad, a dish is complete.
