I copied the adaptation I’ve done this recipe. I did the weekend and it was very good.

-For 2 drives (I mulitplique x 5)
-50 ml sunflower oil
-25 g of fructose
-10 g of whole wheat flour
-5 g of agave syrup (here I did it a little by eye, but I think that altogether it echaría about 50 – 60 g of agave syrup, so they would be approximately 10 grams per each 2 cupcakes agave syrup, although I find it difficult to measure.) (As any expert on agave syrup can help us).
-2 egg whites

Mix in a bowl the fructose and the flour, add the egg whites and stir. Add oil and stir. Then, add the agave syrup and mix all the ingredients well.Pour mixture into containers and bake at 180 ° C for 15 minutes.

I usually use silicone molds and not unto them anything because mould quite well. The recipe gets spread with butter. This time (wasn’t at home) I did in a few bowls of mud and unté them lightly with olive oil, although they certainly beat.

The flavor was spectacular and we have one recipe for breakfast. I have another pair of recipes out there: yogurt muffins and smiled. Let’s see if I I put them when I have time.
